Beth’s gain weight pie

1 Graham Cracker pie crust (6oz)
1 box (4 servings) vanilla instant pudding
8oz sour cream
1 package peanut butter chips
2 tablespoon oil
12oz fudge topping
3/4c milk

  • Whisk together pudding mix, sour cream and milk in medium bowl, set aside.
  • Place 1 1/3c peanut butter chips in microwave safe bowl with oil and cook 45 seconds or until smooth
  • Using hand mixer, add to pudding mixture
  • Spread evenly in pie crust
  • Spread Chocolate fudge topping over pie
  • Cover and refrigerate 3 hours
  • Eat
  • Gain 10 pounds.
