9 peeled and cubed potatoes
6oz cream cheese
1c sour cream
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter

- Boil potatoes 15 minutes
- Mash and mix all ingredients
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Pre-heat oven 350°
- Grease baking dish
- Spread mix in dish and bake 30 minutes
