This shark tooth has been loose and disgusting for months. A coworker of mine told me yesterday that her nephew let her pull his tooth just by using a tissue.
Cue me begging Sonyea for an hour while holding tissue in my hand to let me pull her tooth. It won’t hurt, I promise. I’ll tell the tooth fairy to double your loot. Close your eyes, it’ll take a second, I promise.
I have no idea what changed her mind but she finally let me get into her mouth. After a half dozen tries with her flinching and whining I finally got a good grip on that sucker and she pulled her head back leaving the tooth in the tissue. She was a little freaked out by the blood that came out but overall, she’s finally excited to be visited by the Tooth Fairy tonight.
