This started a long time ago. Don’t know how but it did. When Grammie and Poppop leave, we walk down the sidewalk to wave good-bye. They have to drive right by us on the highway so we always run up to the guard rail and wave.
This time, there was a semi right behind them so they couldn’t slow down much but they did get to wave one last time before disappearing onto the ramp.
