Sunday Trip to the Zoo

I was brainstorming what to do sunday, because Rhonda was working and the poor girls have been on rain lockdown. So I thought what better place then the zoo. So I packed up the girls and off we went.

We went in and then we went the opposite way around. It is so much easier of a walk. There was no one on the upper path so it was nice and quiet. We could hear all the forest critters.

Then all of the sudden!

This little guy ran up to the stroller and I didn’t have the camera ready so we had to chase him to get a decent shot of him.

We found a shack up in the woods. The girls thought it was pretty cool.

Then the girls saw another chipmunk and chased it all over.

Are you under here chipmunk?

There he is!

We walked the rest of the zoo (pictures are in the gallery below). Then we went to the discovery center to play and then to the story garden. They had a blast and are looking to go again soon.
